The No.1 E-string has a coated carbon steel core material with a high-tensile strength and is wound with a very thin chrome steel flat-wire.
The sound is warm, sweet and brilliant, and has an outstanding response.
As the No.1 E-string is wound with chrome steel, it is long-lasting. Chrome steel cannot corrode and is not affected by hand perspiration.
